What can i improve here?

here are few offputting moves, however your opponent blundered badly and you had a easy game afterwards so if you want to improve, you gonna share less pretty games
very Simple . Main Problem was not noticing queen supporting that bishop on 17 move, that s why he could got tight your Queen so it has to retreat and You lost a bishop cause of it, but seems like he pressed all position before that all the way like machine style, so it was hard to has something to do with it
and last mistake was on 40 th move, when You had to exchange queen while it's pinned pawn e5 would protect king from checks for some time , maybe it's better or pawn h5 creating some pawn improvement. also to avoid that positional press since the beginning you should play more active like move 12 move white bishop to protect a pawn instead of passive rook defence or I would go f5 attacking bishop on 14 move releasing position and feels free to defend(but engine says something else)

thanks for the advice.
@Ranger_ein Before you change anything in your game, I would FIRST advise you to work on your time management.

In the rapid (15+10) game above, you still had 11:28 minutes on the clock after 60 moves. This leads to the conclusion that you thought about your moves far too briefly, which in turn means that you only utilised a fraction of your potential.

In future, try to take more time and, if in doubt, accept losing on time now and again rather than ending up with too much time left on the clock.

You can then use the resulting (higher quality/exhausting your potential) games for "real" analyses in which you tackle your actual/exposed weaknesses.

Good luck on your lifelong chess journey!

Great, I can see from your latest 2 games, that in general you really spend more time on your moves, now. Be patient and keep it up until it feels normal to do that. Then you'll be ready for the next step. :D
